I love watching unsuspecting guys' bulges especially if they're wearing tight work pants or jeans. Saw a few of those this week and couldn't help but stare and let my imagination run wild.
A nice package is always a welcome sight.

this always happens to me in the LRT daily, when i notice them bulges too. Even worse is when you are seated and a crotch/bulge is right in front of your face that you have to restrain your hands from reaching out to touch/fondle/grab it.
